Allan Elsayed of Final Computer Solutions will cover Common Microsoft Windows Short Cut keys and Accessories and Protecting Your Computer and Your Data. The presentation is open to the general public.
Common shortcut keys for Microsoft Windows can be a real time saver when typing letters or just navigating in and around your computer. These shortcuts can be a great asset for any business using a computer. Time is money these days so saving a few moments when navigating the complexities of a computer can prove very valuable. Most people are unaware of the accessibility center located in the Windows accessories section of your computer. These can also be very useful for anyone with disabilities.
Protecting your computer and your data is something no one thinks about until their valuable data is gone or corrupted by viruses. Most people do not have adequate protection for their computer against viruses. Also, not all businesses have a backup system in place in case of a hardware failure. Some people keep their back up system with their computer not thinking if something happened to the building where would they be then? We will cover some of the needed backup protections and some of the free or low cost antivirus/malware protection that are available.
